Brandon Gordon, A Co-Founder of Distance 3 Development, Is an experienced

commercial real estate operator located in San Antonio Texas. Having operated Multi

Family Apartment Complexes, Mobile Home / RV Parks and Land Development deals. He

has a great understanding of how to transform properties, maintain a staff and stay on

budget/timeline to maximize returns, while getting things dome with urgency. He has

created in-house systems to make sure all projects and staff are working the most

efficient way possible.

 

Brandon Is currently the lead sponsor on a portfolio consisting of over 100 acres of raw

land that is being developed into over 240 residential lots as well as 8 mobile home & RV

parks. In addition to his own portfolio, Brandon has raised millions of dollars from

private capital. Brandon has acted as an asset manager and operator on a portfolio of

over 600 apartment units with a value of over $100M. Prior to beginning his career in

real estate Brandon worked in operations at the second-largest privately held biologics

distributor in the country.

 

In Brandons free time, besides spending time with his family, Brandon likes to help

others by being a great friend/mentor. He has been very blessed with great mentors in

his life and wants to pay it forward. Brandon likes to live a very active and healthy

lifestyle which consist of Boxing, Lifting Weights, Basketball and eating a whole foods

diet.
